We are now looking for a Head – Outbound Demand Generation & Lead Generation Team to take ownership of our outbound lead generation efforts, helping fuel our growth across global markets.


Role Overview

This is a senior, strategic role ideal for a hands-on leader who has built and scaled outbound demand generation functions from the ground up. You will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and inside sales while leading a high-performing team focused on generating qualified leads and accelerating pipeline growth.


Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Design and lead Capital Numbers' global outbound demand generation strategy, aligned with revenue goals and market expansion plans.
  • Define ICPs, target segments, and engagement models using market insights, past performance data, and sales input.
  • Build quarterly campaign roadmaps with clear KPIs for lead quality, conversion, and ROI.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of SDRs and lead gen specialists across outbound email, LinkedIn, and inside sales functions.
  • Establish team workflows, outreach cadences, quality standards, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure seamless lead handoffs and consistent messaging across the funnel.


Execution & Enablement

  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution using automation platforms, CRMs, prospecting tools, and enrichment tools.
  • Deploy social selling and personalized messaging frameworks to drive engagement and improve response rates.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales enablement assets and lead qualification processes to support pipeline progression.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance metrics through detailed dashboards and reports; optimize campaigns based on insights and feedback loops.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using funnel analysis, lead scoring, and conversion tracking.
  • Present performance reviews and campaign impact to senior leadership with clear ROI narratives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in building and managing outbound campaigns that directly influenced revenue.
  • Experience targeting international markets (US, Europe, Middle East, APAC) in tech services or SaaS sectors.
  • Expertise in using tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership and execution focus.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), sales development frameworks, and campaign orchestration.
  • Understanding of data compliance laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
