About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, cold calling etc. This role involves working closely with potential clients, pitching Upriver’s services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote Upriver’s services.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, cold calling, emails and other sales strategies.
• Conduct calls, online meetings and presentations to explain how Upriver can help brands grow their eCommerce business.
• Coordinate with internal teams and facilitate proposal sending and negotiations, leading to sales closure.
• Create and manage a database of potential clients.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, cold calling etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Persistent and hardworking; not taking no for an answer.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.
• Proficiency in tools like Lusha, Apollo etc.
• Min Educational Qualification: Graduation
