We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic individual who can seamlessly blend community management with customer success to drive post-acquisition engagement, value addition, and retention.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking motivated and creative interns to join us as Business Development Associates, where you will play a key role in expanding our network of content creators. You’ll work closely with our team to attract, qualify, onboard, and nurture relationships with creators, fostering a vibrant and diverse content ecosystem on Cosmofeed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Creator Sourcing and Engagement: Strategically identify and connect with potential creators across various platforms. Develop targeted engagement strategies that align creators' strengths with Cosmofeed’s tools and offerings.
• Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with Cosmofeed’s creator ecosystem. Prioritize high-potential creators for outreach and onboarding.
• Relationship Development: Cultivate meaningful, long-term relationships with creators. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding each creator’s goals and providing guidance to enhance their experience on Cosmofeed.
• Guided Onboarding and Support: Oversee a smooth and supportive onboarding process for new creators using outreach channels like emails and phone calls. Provide orientation and resources that empower creators to navigate and thrive within our platform.
• Performance Tracking and Insights: Monitor key performance indicators related to creator engagement and content effectiveness. Generate insights and feedback loops that help creators enhance their offerings and grow their audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams—marketing, product, and operations—to ensure that creator acquisition strategies align with Cosmofeed’s objectives. Share insights and best practices to foster a cohesive approach to creator management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Open to recent graduates, current university students, or freshers with a strong interest in digital content and creator ecosystems.
• Skills: Excellent communication, relationship-building, and people skills, with a passion for community engagement.
• Mindset: Proactive problem-solver with a customer-focused attitude, motivated to support and empower content creators.
