In this influential role, you'll shape and deliver a comprehensive L&D strategy that not only supports our business objectives, but also enhances capability, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and empowers high performance across the group.


You bring a unique blend of strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for developing people. With deep expertise in coaching, designing best practice learning initiatives, and leading high-performing teams, you’ll embed a culture of excellence, accountability, and sustainable growth throughout the organisation.


What You’ll Do:

  • Shape Global Strategy – Develop and execute a forward-thinking L&D roadmap aligned with organisational priorities including for our primarily front-line contact centre workforce.
  • Drive Workforce Capability – Design and deliver impactful learning programs that support long-term growth.
  • Ensure Compliance & Governance – Collaborate across departments to align training with evolving policies and regulations.
  • Inspire & Lead – Manage and mentor a global team (16 in total), championing a culture of accountability, excellence, and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire multi-site teams, driving performance and fostering engagement.
  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • A commitment to leadership, innovation, and driving change across teams and systems.
  • Significant experience in a senior L&D role within call centre industry, with a track record of improving capability.
  • Strong client and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain impactful, long-term relationships.
  • Strong understanding of business operations combined with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in managing an RTO would be an advantage
  • The ability to respectfully challenge the status quo.
  • Sydney CBD location.
