About the role

As the Group Learning & Development Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our team members across the JPL Group. You will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering engaging training and induction programs through our Learning Management System (LMS). What will you do?

  • Design, implement, and monitor engaging training programs across the JPL Group, with a focus on onboarding and induction.
  • Develop and organise training materials, including manuals, multimedia aids, and visual content for delivery via the LMS.
  • Coordinate all LMS administration, ensuring seamless access, tracking, and reporting.
  • Deliver training through diverse formats such as online modules, role plays, simulations, and group discussions.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance activities to ensure content aligns with JPL Group standards.
  • Gather and analyse feedback to continuously improve training content and adjust delivery methods.
  • Provide technical and user support for team members and senior management on the LMS and communication platforms.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to collaborate with Department Heads and Regional Managers on training initiatives.


What skills and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, particularly within fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related technologies for course management, tracking, and reporting.
  • Expertise in eLearning tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate to create interactive and engaging learning experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and develop effective learning solutions tailored to the business.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
