Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

• GM- Production- knits
• PPC Manager
• IE Manager
• Finishing Manager

at Khandsa, located in Gurugram. The role involves overseeing production planning, quality control, and production management. The candidate will lead teams in the manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency and optimization in production activities. Day-to-day tasks include developing production plans, managing production schedules, monitoring and maintaining quality standards, leading and supervising production teams, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Production Planning, Production Management, and Manufacturing in accordance to the role
• Proven experience in Fine Knitted Garment production
• Effective Team Leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
