We are looking for a Sr. Client Servicing Partner who can help maintain existing business with current clients, grow business relationships with current clients and assist in bringing new clients on board. Will help our clients to better understand the full potential of our services and act as liaison between the client and operations department. Key
Responsibilities:
• Generating and developing new ideas for corporate events, devising marketing and communication strategies and leading presentations
• Should meet existing / prospective clients, create impressive presentations and prepare proposals as per the client’s brief • Should able to handle a team of 4-5 people
• Conduct regular follow ups with creative and operations team to ensure the entire process cycle moves smoothly and is closed within a specified time frame
• Should be a highly creative person with strategic ideation, logical thinking and excellent presentation skills.
• Strong leadership skills and able to deliver under pressure.
• Staying updated on the latest trends in the industry and developing a knowledge base, with a view to be able to provide the right expertise to clients.
• Should possess strong communication and writing and problem solving skills
