Job Position: Manager, People Operations
The organization seeks a proactive and employee-focused Manager, People Operations, to direct and refine employee lifecycle management processes, ensuring a cohesive and engaging employee experience encompassing onboarding through separation. This role is critical in driving human resources operations, implementing organizational policies, and bolstering corporate culture and employee engagement endeavors.
Employee Lifecycle Administration
- Induction and Orientation: Formulate and execute comprehensive induction programs to facilitate seamless integration of new personnel.
- Probationary and Confirmation Procedures: Oversee performance assessment during probationary periods and coordinate formal confirmation processes.
- Employee Engagement and Experience Optimization: Regularly evaluate and elevate employee experience via feedback mechanisms and strategic initiatives.
- Performance Management Oversight: Support and administer performance evaluation cycles, objective-setting protocols, and continuous feedback systems.
- Learning and Professional Development Facilitation: Collaborate in the deployment of training curricula to support employee advancement and skill enhancement.
- Internal Mobility and Career Progression Support: Facilitate internal personnel movements, career trajectory mapping, and succession planning.
- Separation and Exit Management Oversight: Supervise meticulous exit processes, including exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and final settlements, while ensuring that insights are captured for process refinement.
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in Human Resources or People Operations, with at least two (2) years in a managerial capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the employee lifecycle and associated human resources processes.
- Proficiency in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and relevant human resources software applications.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational proficiencies.
