B.tech (mechanical) · Fleet Management (increase in KMPL & tyre life compared to previous QTR / year). · Bill Processing (Bills submitted and cleared vs. total received). · Fleet Repair & Maintenance Tracking. · Statutory Compliances. · Submission of repair & maintenance bills in finance department at HO on timely. · Ensure the schedule service adherences of day by day. · Monitoring of tyre Life, repair & maintenance cost and Fuel kmpl of ambulances. · Vendor development for fuel, repair & maintenance. · Ensuring the running of all ambulances · Vehicle off road status. · To implement the training for the pilots in districts level. · Counter check the KMPL and fuel drawn status of the odometer entries and fuel quantity as per oil company on line entries and the ERC OSD report. · Vendor rating. · Vendor mapping. SCM Implementation · Procurement & Inventory-Spares & accessories supply. · Submission of timely indent in advance for spares, tyres , batteries etc. ERD Implementation · Updating of on/off road ambulance to ERD department. · Updating of fuel entry on ERD. HR Implementation · Help in HR Recruitment process. · Conduct special driver for field recruitment. Reports · Submission of monthly Fleet reports. · Submission of vehicle off road status on daily basis. · Preparation & implementation of monthly schedule service plan.
