The Local Street is looking for a dedicated and responsible Delivery Team Leader to manage and streamline our growing network of delivery personnel in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. We are a food and daily essentials delivery platform that empowers local businesses through efficient, affordable, and reliable last-mile delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard delivery boys as per platform needs.
• Verify documents such as driving licenses and IDs.
• Ensure professional appearance and disciplined conduct of the team.
• Train delivery personnel on service expectations and company policies.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely availability of riders.
• Monitor and prevent unsafe practices such as drinking and driving.
• Act as a point of contact for field-level issues and team performance.

Location: On-site, Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)
