Location- Remote

Experience- 1-3 years

Responsibilities:-

• Studying design briefs and determining requirements
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using Figma.
• Developing ideas independently and in collaboration with the team
• Developing the brand playbook based on the brief and research
• Staying updated on current trends, best practices, and emerging formats in social media design to create relevant and engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Leading the social media campaign and pitch decks from a design language and ideation POV. Think beyond execution and follow directions.
• Exploring and experimenting with new features, formats, and tools offered by social media platforms to innovate and enhance the visual content strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing Figma projects
• Prior experience working in an agency
• A strong portfolio of social media collaterals and brand campaigns 
• Familiarity with Figma is mandatory
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
