The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, a deep understanding of user behavior, and the ability to transform concepts into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging UI layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business requirements and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ensure design consistency and adherence to branding across platforms and products.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices in design.
• Optimize user flows to improve user interaction, accessibility, and engagement.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system or style guide where necessary.
  
  

Skills And Qualifications Required

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
• Good sense of aesthetics including layout, color theory, and typography.
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Familiarity with usability testing methods and tools.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
• Knowledge of WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus.
