Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Figma Designer. The Figma Designer will be responsible for designing and creating visual elements for web and digital platforms, collaborating with the content team to ensure cohesive design, and implementing design best practices to enhance user experience.

Work Shift : 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Budget : INR 40-50k per month

Qualifications

·      Technical skills:


Figma


Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)


AI design tools like Midjourney, Galileo AI, or others


PPT design expertise using Microsoft Designer and other tools

·      The right candidate will be punctual and proactive – working remotely as per a different time zone is a difficult commitment, and we need someone who can work seamlessly with a remote team and be available throughout working hours.

·      The candidate should have above-average proficiency in English (written and spoken) and be comfortable communicating in the same. They should be able to understand briefs clearly, communicate questions and doubts, and read and address feedback in a seamless manner.

· The candidate should have experience with designing a wide variety of UI/UX and marketing collaterals for B2B businesses on Figma.
