Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager located in Hong Kong SAR. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, including stage performances, conferences, annual dinners, award presentations, and special ceremonies. Daily tasks will involve liaising with clients, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, supervising event setups and dismantles, and ensuring the overall success of events.

• Event planning, coordination, and execution skills
• Budget management and financial acumen
• Vendor and supplier management experience
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in corporate event management, with a strong portfolio of successful events
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
• Fluency in English and Cantonese, with proficiency in Mandarin being a plus
