The Data Migration Specialist will support M&A data migration into our Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, ensuring data quality and supporting process standardization across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute data migration activities from acquired companies into Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Cleanse, map, and validate data in collaboration with Data Stewards, Master Data Manager, and ERP teams.
• Ensure compliance with corporate Master Data Management (MDM) policies.
• Set up and manage dataflows for full and hybrid legal entity integrations.
• Coordinate and execute data cleansing activities via Service Desk.
• Support the integration of financial opening balances (GL, AP, AR, Inventory).
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, data mappings, and workflows.
• Build reports on data flow status, errors, and integration performance.
• Provide functional guidance to data stewards.
• Manage project tasks and code versioning using Microsoft DevOps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with ERP, CRM, BI teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4-8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on data integration and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Azure tools (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management
• Open to experience in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Skilled in Microsoft DevOps and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Fluent in English.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
