1. Migration Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute the BSS migration strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology

roadmap.

Assess the existing BSS landscape, identify potential risks, and establish mitigation plans.

Define migration methodologies, including cutover strategies, rollback plans, and data validation processes.

2. Stakeholder Communication & Leadership

Act as the primary point of contact for all BSS migration activities, ensuring clear communication with key

stakeholders.

Facilitate workshops, meetings, and status updates with internal teams, external vendors, and senior leadership.

Provide technical guidance and leadership to teams involved in the migration process.

3. Data Migration & Validation

Oversee data migration activities, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

Work closely with data engineering teams to define transformation rules, validation checks, and reconciliation

processes.

Conduct post-migration testing and performance analysis to ensure system stability.

4. Risk Management & Issue Resolution

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the BSS migration.

Develop contingency plans and implement issue resolution mechanisms to address unexpected challenges.
