Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across assigned regions in India. This role is a blend of hunting and farming, where you’ll manage the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation to deal closure—while also expanding business within existing accounts.

You’ll play a strategic role in bringing our identity, verification, and onboarding solutions to top-tier Indian enterprises. This is a high-impact, client-facing role involving regular travel for meetings and business development.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Sales Ownership:

Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure—for enterprise accounts.

Hunting & Farming:

Identify and acquire new clients (hunting), while also nurturing and growing revenue from existing key accounts (farming).

Target Market – India:

Focus on Indian enterprise clients across industries like BFSI, Fintech, IT/ITES, E-commerce, Logistics, and Manufacturing.

Client Engagement:

Conduct in-person meetings and solution discussions with decision-makers (CXOs, HR Heads, Risk Teams, etc.) in your assigned territory. Travel as needed for client interactions and demos.

Solution Selling:

Understand customer pain points, tailor AuthBridge’s suite of services (verification, onboarding, due diligence, etc.), and present compelling business cases.

Revenue Accountability:

Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. A quarterly variable payout will be provided based on revenue performance against assigned goals.

Pipeline & Forecasting:

Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Accurately forecast revenue and report sales activity in CRM.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 3–10 years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, HR tech, IT services, fintech, or verification services.
  • Track Record: Proven success in closing high-value deals and consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
  • Client-Facing Maturity: Comfortable engaging with senior executives and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Travel-Ready: Willingness to travel across the assigned region for client meetings and business development activities.


Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong solution selling and consultative sales abilities
  • Ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)


Education:

  • Graduate or MBA from a recognized institution preferred
