JD for Service engineer

  • Task
  • Installation and commissioning of Bossar machines.
  • Attend breakdown call for machines.
  • Give training to customer operators about machine settings.
  • Generate spare orders.
  • Generate AMC contracts.
  • Give remote support to customers in case of machine breakdown.
  • Assuring timely completion of machine SAT.
  • Helping in reducing the service expendetures and generating revenues.
  • Assuring smooth completion of machine FAT at factory.
  • Giving feedback about machine performanance improvement factors to production department.
  • Giving design improvement points to design department.
  • Regular reporting about site status.
  • Study the competetiors machines and provide report about same.
  • Ability to completion of site in shortest possible time.
  • Shuld able to do service of various machine models of Bossar
  • Requirments:
  • Should have degree/diploma in mechanical engineering.
  • Willing to travel on site.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Technical knowldge about packaging machines.
  • Should have hands on experience in service department for 1 to 5 years.
  • Capability to understand and resolve the basic electrical issues of machine.
  • Ability to work in a team at customer end.
  • Ability to do multitasking.
  • Should able to make contineous improvement in skills on machines.
  • Should able to perform as per given guidlines of company.
