The Role / Location
The role of E-commerce Own Channel Traffic Manager will be based at lululemon’s China SSC in Shanghai, dedicated to the long-term development and growth of lululemon in China. Report to Senior Ecommerce Manager.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
E-Commerce Performance Media Management
Define & execute e-commerce BOF strategy and budget allocation based on campaign cadence & product drops calendar
Monitor and optimize online paid traffic, search, revenue, target segmentation and ROI performance to secure the delivery of ecommerce commercial ambition
Collaborate closely with brand marketing team and agencies to deliver digital plan execution with on-brand communications and negotiate the best media offers with consolidated brand offers
E-commerce Traffic Insights & Data Analysis
Plan and execute continuously optimization of the ROI across different traffic sources to capture qualified traffic
Work closely with EC Operation & analytics team to provide performance tracking report from media analytics tools
Based on accumulated data knowledge to identify areas of improvement and suggest strategies to enhance ROAS and conversion
Media Relationship & Innovations
Build relationship with agency and media partners to capture update-to-date industry trend
Equipped with business acumen on digital landscape evolutions and timely share the opportunities and best-practices
Qualifications
5 & above years’ experience in a global retail environment (e-commerce and
digital marketing)
Deep understanding of e-commerce ecosystems, platforms and emerging retail
trends
Must be skilled at using analytics to drive decision-making
Experience working with new business e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of the tools, methods and approaches that are driving higher conversion rates, increased average order value and acquisition techniques
Expertise in loyalty techniques and cross-channel analytics and measurement
Ability to train, develop, evaluate, discipline, reward, coach a team in a way that
attracts and retains high quality and qualified employees
Proven leadership ability
Proven relationship management experience
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
Proven organizational and time management skills.
