Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Manager & Operations Manager located in Mayur Vihar. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing e-commerce operations, developing strategic plans to drive sales, analyzing market trends, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key tasks include marketing, sales support, inventory management, and enhancing customer experiences.

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to analyze market trends
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Experience in E-Commerce and managing e-commerce platforms
• Proven track record in Marketing and Sales
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in operations management
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Experience in the wellness industry is a plus
