Ecommerce Manager
The Digital & Media department is looking for an E-Business Project Lead to drive E-business (.com and other e-retail channels) initiatives in the India market across 3 divisions and maintain clear product vision and success criteria. This individual should have strong interpersonal skills and experience managing complex projects with various stakeholders. They will also own the E-Business project roadmap and be responsible to define project priorities based on business needs.
- Define the E-Business project roadmap for India working with Global, Regional & Market stakeholders, focused on .com & E-Retail channels.
- Work continuously with key partners in IT to ensure that business cases and specifications are translated to project reality
- Dynamically update the roadmap based on project progression, integrating new requests based on business needs and prioritization.
- Lead roll-outs and execution of .com roadmap in the local level across divisions (Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry and Fragrance & Beauty) from the business point of view along with the Tech team and external vendors
- Ensure that the project deployment is in line with Global and Regional ambition, aligned with Marketing, PR, Supply, CRM and Retail, Legal, Finance teams
- Responsible for analysing platform performances on a regular basis to provide input to business stakeholders and .com production stakeholders
- Keep all the stakeholders informed on the development of .com-related conversations across the board.
- Responsible for prioritising projects and streamlining the execution with excellent project management skills and keen business acumen
- Develop proposals for local initiatives and communicate closely with the global and regional stakeholders for the realization of the project
- Lead initiatives in line with global/regional security guidelines as well as local
- Lead enhancement projects and optimizations for .com from features/UX/CX POV
- Ensure that user documentation & guidelines are completed for projects, sufficient for end user requirements
- Proactively collect best practices from markets and disseminate across to support collective improvement
What you can bring to the team…
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management such as digital marketing, platform development & operation (e.g. websites, app), and E-Business environments with a focus digital platform
- Experience in working with web performance data tools to generate website experience insights
- Strong platform, technology, analytical, and UX optimization experience with a deep understanding of the market’s digital media landscape
- Strong project management skills to facilitate communications between different functions, keep necessary parties informed in time.
