About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Manager to manage our presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.). You will be responsible for sales growth, pricing strategy, inventory planning, listing hygiene, promotions, event strategy, and exploring new marketplace/channel opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on ownership, communicates effectively, and brings a data-first approach to scaling e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace & Channel Management
Full ownership of accounts across Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, and more
Ensure smooth operations, compliance, and performance optimization across platforms
Evaluate and onboard new e-commerce or quick commerce channels to expand brand reach
2. Pricing & Profitability Management
Strategically define and update pricing to remain competitive and profitable
Own margin planning and Buy Box strategy
Monitor price parity across platforms
3. Inventory & Demand Planning
Coordinate with the supply chain and warehousing teams for accurate inventory forecasting
Manage replenishment cycles to ensure healthy stock availability and reduce RTOs
Plan stock allocation for upcoming events and sales
4. Listing Hygiene & Catalog Optimization
Maintain best-in-class listings with rich content, images, keywords, and A+ content
Regular audits to fix suppressed listings, mismatches, and variations
Monitor listing performance and implement optimization strategies
5. Promotions & Event Execution
Plan and execute platform-specific promotions, coupons, and lightning deals
Lead campaign planning for key events like Diwali, Prime Day, BBD, etc.
Collaborate with creative teams for campaign assets and marketing coordination
6. New Product Launches (NPD)
Work with product and branding teams to launch new SKUs across marketplaces
Devise launch strategies including pricing, reviews, and ad pushes
Manage timelines and deliverables for a successful GTM
7. Reporting & Growth Analysis
Own weekly/monthly reports on sales, conversion, ads, and returns
Share actionable insights for continuous improvement
Track competition and market trends for strategic input
8. Cross-functional Communication & Coordination
Liaison with platform KAMs, internal teams, supply chain, and creative teams
Maintain excellent written and verbal communication
Ensure timely execution of planned activities and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience managing accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and/or quick commerce platforms
Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs like CVR, ASP, TACoS, and RTO
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketplace dashboards
Excellent communication and project management skills
Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
Exposure to D2C, FMCG, or grocery brands is a plus
Self-driven with a growth mindset and problem-solving attitude
