Summary

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager to lead our growth across marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, and Blinkit. You will own the end-to-end strategy and execution to drive revenue, enhance brand visibility, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role demands strong analytical, strategic, and operational skills to manage listings, advertising, inventory, and performance optimization.


Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Sales Growth

  • Own P&L for all marketplace accounts and Drive revenue through pricing, promotions, and ROI-focused strategies.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and optimize sales, traffic, and profitability.

2. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute growth plans aligned with brand goals and customer segments.
  • Identify new product opportunities and differentiation strategies

3. Advertising & Analytics

  • Run and optimize ad campaigns (SP, SB, SD) across platforms for maximum ROI.
  • Generate and present performance reports with actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon and other marketplaces.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Expertise in Seller Central, Ad Console, inventory tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Proven track record of delivering results and scaling e-commerce sales.
