Summary

The Digital Channel Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of digital volume goals of his/her assigned product (Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans). The position is key in developing and implementing competitive and relevant digital sales strategies and campaigns all year round.

The Digital Channel Manager is responsible for managing the entire digital funnel encompassing strategy, design and implementation of initiatives on digital media mix, digital journey, platform design, test and target, back-end fulfillment. Digital Channel Manager is also responsible for managing channel budget and ensuring CPA / CPV management.

Responsibilities

  • Drives the digital volume goals of Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans and the sales strategies to grow revenue from new customers.
  • Develops and implements competitive and relevant digital sales strategies and campaigns all year round.
  • Delivers digital journeys, solutions and platforms that will enable Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans bookings to be fulfilled digitally.
  • Regularly monitors, drive and adjust the performance of the platforms and media, and initiate adjustments so as to grow bookings and reduce costs.
  • Delivers against digital sales targets and grow sales volumes for Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans.
  • Implements and measures campaigns to maximize digital channel for acquisition of Personal Loans, Credit Cards, and/or SIP Loans
  • Actively manages the funnel performance leveraging on a data-first approach.
  • Understands fall-out points throughout the conversion funnel and develop initiatives to increase booking volume.
  • Supervises different projects and campaigns related to the function, and monitor on a periodic basis the section’s performance based on set objectives through an MIS report facility.
  • Organizes and manages the team to achieve optimum performance, including assignments of projects/programs, hiring of new and replacement officers/staff, promotions and job rotations to ensure delivery of target goals.
  • Discusses the development of needs of each team member and take appropriate actions to ensure subordinates are able to deliver their goal and campaign performance.
  • Collaborates closely with other divisions/departments within the Unsecured Lending cards Group, Segments/Channels Group within the bank to plan, develop and implement the various planned sales programs
  • Effectively manages resources, budget and personnel, by prioritizing initiatives and programs to deliver maximum results
  • Ensures compliance to regulations and business policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication
  • With at least 4 years of managerial experience in Marketing
  • Knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, Campaign Performance Monitoring, Account Management, Project/Campaign Management, Financial Projections, Competitive Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Experience in financial institution and sales is a plus
