Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing & Newsletter Deployment:

• Coordinate and deploy 2 to 5 dedicated client eBlasts per day

• Newsletters (4 per month for 3 regions)

• Digital edition notifications (6-12 per month)

• Regional and interest-based eBlasts (2-4 per month)

• B2B eBlasts (4-5 per month)

• Format and proofread newsletters and notifications for clarity, consistency, and branding.

• Select and insert relevant images provided by the editorial team or sourced from archives.

• Ensure accurate links, subject lines, and preheaders are included in each deployment.

eBlast & Site Impact Management

• Manage the deployment of eBlasts, ensuring accurate audience segmentation and scheduling.

• Work with email vendors to order and execute external eBlast Plus campaigns to their opt-in subscribers.

• Review and approve creative templates, ensuring alignment with company branding.

B2B Newsletters

• Coordinate and deploy monthly B2B newsletters to clients and advertisers.

• Format and proofread content provided by the publisher.

Reporting & Billing Coordination

• Prepare weekly reports on open rates and link clicks to track email engagement.

• Provide information to the accounting department to ensure accurate billing of accounts related to email deployments.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the editorial team to receive and organize content for newsletters and notifications.

• Communicate with marketing and sales teams to ensure proper scheduling and targeting of eBlasts.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement and delivery rates.

Reports to: Email Marketing Manager

Requirements:

• Experience with email marketing platforms.

• Strong attention to detail, formatting, and proofreading skills.

• Familiarity with eBlast deployment platforms.

• Experience with Photoshop or other image editing software to optimize images for emails

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple email campaigns on deadline.

• Proficiency in tracking email performance metrics and reporting insights.
