KFC is looking for a motivated and experienced Design Professional to join our Business Development team.

What will you be doing?

As a design professional, you will be responsible for -

• Coordinating and working closely with our partners to help them develop world class designs for Stores.

• Being the custodian of store designs – develop designs for all upcoming stores.

• Engaging with external design consultants to develop designs for Stores as per the template.

• Some knowledge of MEP services will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of latest Material pallets and BOQ’s (bill of quantities)

• Cross-functional coordination.

• Visiting On going sites and conduct site feasibility if required.

• Some site/construction experience.

We are looking for someone with a:

• Ideally worked in a design consultants office (3-5 years of experience)

• B.Arch. or Experienced Diploma Holder from a reputed college

• Expert in AUTOCAD, photoshop, presentations

• Communication and presentation skills

• Creative talent, imagination and eye for design
