Job Title: Architect – Corporate Office Design (3–5 Years Experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 3–5 years of experience to join our team, focusing on the design and delivery of Corporate Offices/ Workplace Design. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in office interior design, a strong understanding of workplace functionality, and a passion for creating innovative and user-centric office spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Contribute to all phases of corporate interior architecture projects—from concept development to construction documentation.
• Develop space planning layouts, test fits, and design presentations.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details using AutoCAD or Revit.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
• Assist in material selection, FF&E coordination, and finish documentation.
• Attend client meetings and site visits as required.

Qualifications:
• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with a focus on commercial interiors or workplace design.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is required; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
• Solid understanding of building systems, codes, ADA, and workplace standards.
• Knowledge of office furniture systems and finishes.
• Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
