Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Architect located in Gurugram. The Assistant Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management tasks on a daily basis to contribute to the studio's design projects.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Assistant Architect/interior designer/draughtsman who is methodical, dependable, and eager to grow by working closely on live projects. This role is primarily technical and supportive in nature, involving production of detailed drawings, site measurements, and assisting the project architect with day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate architectural and interior working drawings based on design intent.
• Take detailed on-site measurements and document them in a clear, organized manner.
• Maintain and update drawing sets under the supervision of the project architect.
• Assist in tracking site progress and preparing basic reports or photographic documentation.
• Support with general project-related coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
• Working knowledge of SketchUp and Microsoft Office (Excel & Word).
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Must have a personal laptop.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with residential interior drawings or execution.
• Basic knowledge of construction detailing and site communication.
