Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Debt Management Project Manager to join our client in the utilities sector. emagine is a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm specialising in providing business and technology services to clients in all sectors.

You will own the development, execution, and delivery of a comprehensive debt management strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strong stakeholder collaboration.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of a debt management strategy to optimize recovery processes.
• Manage a team of 3 data analysts, driving data-led decision-making.
• Coordinate with a 3rd party Debt Collection Agency, ensuring seamless operations.
• Deliver insightful reports to key stakeholders, tracking progress.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement plans to maintain alignment.
• Maintain clear project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Present project updates to the Steering Committee, providing strategic recommendations.
• Ensure proactive communication with senior management and business leads.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven track record in project management, ideally within debt management or utilities. PMP certified or equivalent structure project management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience presenting to Steering Committees.
• Background in debt recovery strategies is highly desirable.
• Experience managing and working alongside 3rd party vendors/agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
