About the Role:

The Database Developer Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and enhancing reporting capabilities using the New Murabba BI tool. This role focuses on automating report and dashboard creation, improving existing dashboards, and designing visual reports that align with user requirements. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data visualization, report automation, and database management to support business intelligence initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

BI Tool Development & Automation:

  • Develop and support report and dashboard automation using NMDC BI tools.
  • Improve and enhance existing dashboards and reports for better visualization and insights.

Scheduled & On-Demand Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain scheduled reporting functionalities to ensure timely data updates.
  • Work with stakeholders to create customized reports based on business needs.

Dashboard & Data Visualization:

  • Design interactive visual reports and dashboards to present complex data in an understandable format.
  • Gather and analyze user requirements to optimize dashboard performance and usability.

Database & System Integration:

  • Ensure seamless integration of BI tools with Primavera Unifier, Oracle systems, and other relevant databases.
  • Maintain data accuracy and ensure consistency across reporting platforms.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Preferred: Oracle Unifier Certification, Oracle Primavera Certification, PMP Certification.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, database development, or data visualization.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera Unifier and Oracle products.
  • Experience in ERP systems and project management reporting (preferred).


Key Skills & Attributes

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Expertise in Power BI, SQL, and other data visualization tools.
  • Experience in database management and integration with reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with project management and document management best practices.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements.
