This role

As our Marketing Operations Data Analyst, you'll be working with the Global Marketing Operations Team and will be instrumental in shaping data-driven initiatives to maximise the efficiency of marketing campaigns. They will work closely with operations managers to support them with all aspects of database maintenance and manipulations and marketing campaigns. They help document processes for data flows to ensure steps are repeatable to ensure an impeccable step towards Employment Hero's global expansion.

Your key focus areas will be{​{:}

• }Reviewing closed deals and provisioning new account
• sProcessing quotes for billing and resolving quote related billing enquirie
• sCollaborating with Sales to ensure the sales process is understood and followed, as well as identifying & executing on opportunities for improvement with the goal of improving data quality and reducing room for erro
• rWhere required, providing ad-hoc analytical and operational support as is required by the Sales Operations team in areas such as

• tData reconciliation and migratio

• sWorkflow management and administration, primarily in Salesforce, as well as associated operational tools & technologie
• sIf necessary, producing regular and ad-hoc reports & dashboards using tools such as SQL (producing scripts to extract and transform data), Tableau and Google Sheet

dWho you are
