Summary

Only for female candidates / Preferred from logistics company Role & responsibilities When salesperson is not in office and then Customer service will take the rate from our pricing desk and inform to salesperson to keep margin. When salesperson is not in office and then Customer service will prepare the cost sheet or prepare Quotation to quote customer with align to Salesperson. DSR: Preparing DSR on daily basis and do the monitoring of shipment end to end for logistics solution. Daily Status report should go to customers. Export Process: Business confirmation received from customer side; our operation person will place the booking. Booking release order will share to customer by operation desk. Pricing and Booking placed by our operation team, Customer service will coordinate with customer for necessary documents to handover to Operation desk to file SI, Customer service need to check at the time of booking for Bill of lading is that Seaway BL , MBL or HBL , Shipped on board or receive for Shipments as per customer requirements. Once SI draft will come, CS will check internally and get the approval for final submission of SI from customer, share to operation desk for final submission. Once BL will come from operation desk, CS will check and handover to customer as per our agreed terms with customer. Import Process Business confirmation received from customer side; CS will see the Agent or vendor that its our registered vendor or not., if Not, CS will initiate for the process to complete agent registration process. Our buying & Selling rate (cost sheet) will be in place to align with salesperson Vendor Bills and E-freight System entry should be on time and their remittance should be on time. With the CAN ,Our invoice should also go to customer to complete the logistics cycle. Customer retention: Customer service should call to customer time to time to build relationships.
