Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role includes tasks such as responding to customer emails and calls, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
