Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Customer Support Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role includes tasks such as responding to customer emails and calls, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Analytical Skills to investigate and resolve customer issues
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Mechanical Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
  • Prior experience in the service or electromechanical industry is beneficial
