Responsibilities:
· Handle customer inquiries
· Troubleshoot and resolve product issues
· Document and update customer records based on interactions
· Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services
Opportunities:

Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Experience in call center or customer support roles
- Ability to handle outbound calling and cash transactions
- Multilingual and sales experience a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week
