Summary

We work with a wide range of Fortune 500 clients in numerous industries. Responsibilities: · Handle customer inquiries · Troubleshoot and resolve product issues · Document and update customer records based on interactions · Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving services Opportunities: * Basic Training on finances, taxes and sales updated to this day and age * Implementation of marketing plans, including product positioning, campaign strategies, market strategy insights. * Provide product/service support in order to increase the consumer base for our clients * Increase their value in the stock market * Learning about branding, advertising, and marketing * Opportunities to oversee a team of highly motivated individuals, as well as gaining experience on the interviewing and training process, as the company expands. Qualifications - Fluent in English and Spanish - Strong customer service and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry - Experience in call center or customer support roles - Ability to handle outbound calling and cash transactions - Multilingual and sales experience a plus Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $500.00 - $700.00 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule On-the-job training Professional development assistance Shift: Day shift Work Location: In person
