Description We are looking for a meticulous Customer Service Representative to join our team located in a McLean, Virginia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be primarily tasked with maintaining customer accounts, resolving customer queries, and processing customer applications. This is an immediate start. Responsibilities: - Efficiently address and resolve customer inquiries - Conduct regular monitoring and maintenance of customer accounts - Process and verify customer credit applications with precision - Ensure customer records are accurate and up-to-date - Uphold high standards of customer service at all times - Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for various tasks. - Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls. - Document all customer interactions and communications. - Perform data entry tasks related to customer service. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of office experience - Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing inbound/outbound calls - Exceptional customer service skills - Strong data entry skills - Experience with email correspondence - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word - Ability to schedule appointments efficiently - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Must possess your own transportation.
