Summary

Description We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Washington, District of Columbia. This long-term contract role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service. The position involves supporting our non-profit operations by ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining high standards in customer interactions. Responsibilities: - Accurately input and verify data received from radio stations, ensuring compliance with reporting standards. - Review and assign files to appropriate accounts and reporting periods with meticulous attention to detail. - Handle inbound and outbound calls, providing timely and thoughtful assistance to inquiries. - Manage email correspondence and respond to customer queries efficiently. - Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records of client interactions. - Utilize Salesforce to track and update customer information, ensuring seamless account management. - Navigate Microsoft Excel and Word to perform data-related tasks and create necessary documentation. - Direct phone calls and manage a multi-line phone system, ensuring prompt and courteous service. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment. - Strong proficiency in data entry and attention to detail. - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred. - Ability to handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally. - Competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word for data processing and documentation. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to schedule appointments and manage time effectively. - Experience with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
