Responsibilities:

• Analyze and monitor cost structures within the organization.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial analyses to support business decisions.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify cost drivers and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and budgeting.
• Develop and maintain cost models to support pricing strategies and financial planning.
• Monitor and report on key cost metrics and performance indicators.
• Provide financial support for strategic initiatives, including cost optimization projects and process improvements.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting from reputable university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost analysis or related field.
• Exposure of working in a multi-national company or retail company will be a plus
• Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion is preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex cost concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
