✅ What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Great presentation and negotiation skills

- Highly organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments

- Strong understanding of technical logic and basic IT concepts
