Duties Include: * Controller will prepare and present accurate financial statements, Month-end, budgets, reports, and forecast * Onboarding new clients * Working with multiple subsidiaries * Oversee the general accounting functions, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and financial reporting * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, GAAP, and other relevant regulations * As a Controller, you will conduct financial analyses and lead annual budget process to support strategic decision making * Manage and mentor the finance and accounting team fostering professional development * Work closely with other departments to provide financial guidance and support for operational decisions* BA/BS in Accounting or Finance * 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance with at least 3 years in a supervisory role * Proficiency in accounting software and tools, NetSuite a plus * Communication skills, excellent verbal, and written skills * Ability to lead and motivate a team, managing multiple priorities, entrepreneurial minded * M&A and/or PE industry experience a plus
