Client location: Ohio (100% remote)
Client is looking for a Content Specialist. Individual needs to understand how to read a revenue contract to be able to pull out specific information from the contract. The complexity of this role would be classified at a medium level because the individual will need to be able to read and understand legal contracts.
The job responsibility for this individual will be 100% focused on pulling data from the revenue contracts, populating a template and consolidate the data in a secure location.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
reading revenue contracts from institutions, distributors, sales reps, etc, to pull out specific data (institution, payment terms, pricing, etc.) to populate a template
Years’ experience: 5 years
Candidates must be in the US (onshore)
Required skills: • Proficient in Excel, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Access o Specifically, someone proficient in creating a data base • Fundamental understanding and interpreting contracts• Self-motivated • Attention to detail • Accuracy of data being collected • Excellent communication skills • Ability to multi-task • Proficient with Contract Management Systems (would be preferred but not required)
