This position is a part of the Content Strategy and Services vertical of the Wadhwani Skilling Network that designs, develops and deploys instructional content focused on the target audiences for various programs across the globe.

A strong foundation in instructional design principles for the digital learning environment, e-learning tools, and content development will be important, along with basic project tracking skills using MS Excel. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for the science and art of learning, attention to detail, a willingness to learn themselves, and an ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment. The work will involve planning and tracking progress of content development projects with external vendor teams as well as internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and implement instructional design (ID) model. Visualize and create storyboards/ scripts and assessments.
• Review stagewise artefacts from the content development process lifecycle e.g. documents, content outlines, storyboarding, audio files, video files, and have proficient working knowledge of relevant software tools including but not limited to MS Office, Storyline, Vyond etc.
• Conduct output/build reviews as part of the e-content development cycle.
• Assist in project execution and coordination, ensuring content is developed, reviewed, and delivered within project timelines.
• Maintain and update project plans and timely report risks regarding cost, quality and timelines for appropriate mitigation.
• Ensure all content updates and improvements are tracked, incorporated, and aligned across all platforms. Verify the adherence to specifications by checking the final deliverables of the project.
• Demonstrate command over e-learning authoring tools – Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate, and at least 2 other tools. Familiarity with Gen AI based tools for content development.
• Coordinate with digital media content creators for the development of Graphics and Animations.
• Work with the LMS and QA teams to ensure defect-free upload, testing and rollout as per plan
  
  

Skills & Experience

• Education: Graduate or Post-graduate in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with demonstrated expertise in content development, e-learning tools, and project coordination.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Strong English language proficiency with excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changes, and maintain high-quality standards in content development.
• Basic understanding of project scoping and execution, with the ability to use MS Excel for tracking project timelines, and maintaining simple project budgets, and reporting.
