Role Overview

We are seeking an Instructional Designer with 5-7 years of experience in creating engaging and effective training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in instructional design principles and methodologies, along with hands-on experience in designing training for ERP systems, particularly SAP. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining flexibility with opportunities for collaboration.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality training content using instructional design principles.
  • Create diverse training formats, including eLearning, ILT, VILT, simulations, etc.
  • Design and deliver training modules specific to ERP systems and applications, with a focus on SAP.
  • Develop training content, simulations, and walkthroughs using SAP Enable Now for various SAP modules.
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Leverage tools like Articulate 360 and Vyond to develop interactive learning experiences.
  • Carry out end-to-end tasks in training project development, covering needs analysis, storyboarding, content creation, and quality review.
  • Implement robust quality control processes to ensure all training materials meet instructional objectives and organizational standards.


Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in instructional design, with expertise in creating training solutions for ERP systems (experience with SAP is highly preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multiple training formats, such as eLearning, ILT, and VILT.

Technical Skills:

  • Skilled in using SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360, and Vyond for creating interactive training content.
  • Strong understanding of ERP and CRM systems and their training requirements.
  • Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and best practices for enterprise training.
