Overview
Our government client is looking for a commercial and contracts manager to oversee their services contracts which cover multiple sites in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial management and performance of the clients TFM provider ensuring delivery of high-quality facilities management services and maintaining client satisfaction.
Essential Criteria
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a contract management role within the facilities management sector, preferably with experience managing multiple sites.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable stakeholder management and associated communications and engagement skills
In-depth knowledge of facilities management services, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and catering.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
A recognised qualification in Facilities Management (Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Contract Management or a related field)
Desirable:
Procurement of services contracts
IOSH managing safely qualification.
Understanding of operational maintenance programmes in a secure context
ACCA/CIMA part-qualified or relevant financial experience
