As a Google Cloud Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable cloud solutions that are transforming businesses. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and deliver end-to-end cloud solutions using Google Cloud Platform services

• Translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable cloud designs

• Guide clients through cloud adoption journeys, including migration and optimisation strategies

• Lead assessments, proof-of-concepts, and pilot deployments to demonstrate value

• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance expectations

• Provide technical leadership across infrastructure, data platforms, DevOps, and cloud security

• Develop and maintain architectural artefacts including diagrams, roadmaps, and documentation

• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions are built and deployed successfully

Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience designing and deploying solutions on GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, BigQuery, etc.)

• Solid understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform

• Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (Python, Go, Bash, etc.)

• Background in cloud-native DevOps tooling and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience in modernising legacy systems and implementing hybrid or multi-cloud architectures

• Comfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively

Qualifications:

• Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect certification (preferred or in progress)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure architecture, with a focus on GCP preferred
