You'll lead two SREs, but your primary mission is technical design, not people wrangling.

The gig:

• Architect and evolve large-scale AWS infrastructure - future-proofed, not just patched.
• Set standards across Kubernetes, DevOps, and automation.
• Embed security, reliability, and cost-efficiency by design - not as afterthoughts.
• Stay hands-on with architecture, pipelines, container orchestration, and recovery strategies.
• Work hybrid (3 days onsite in Sydney, the rest wherever you're most productive).

• Deep AWS chops - if you have to Google basic services, this won't suit you.
• Mastery of Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Automation experience - think Terraform, Ansible, Python - and the scars to prove it.
