Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef at Arch Connect located in New Delhi. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, designing menus, managing food preparation, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and leading a team of kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Culinary Arts degree or equivalent certification
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Menu planning and food preparation expertise
• Knowledge of food safety regulations
• Creativity and innovation in culinary creations
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
