Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Manager at VCOP Pte Ltd in Singapore. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing project planning and installation, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management and organizational skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Experience in sales or account management
• Knowledge of office space planning and design is a must
• Experience in the interior design or construction industry
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus
