Summary

Aidea is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Engagement Manager to lead our client engagement and success initiatives. Join us in creating transformative solutions for the building industry through our partnerships, innovations, and pioneering technologies.

As the Client Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for leading the firm's business development efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing winning proposals. You will collaborate with Studio Directors and the Proposals/Contracts Team to deliver value-adding and strategic marketing solutions across a range of the firm's business areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and gather intelligence.
  • Perform comprehensive analyses of the competitive landscape, stakeholders, and trends shaping the market.
  • Define market strategy for the sectors and identify competitive advantages for Aidea.
  • Manage new business development activities, including potential client and lead tracking.
  • Lead proposal and qualifications submissions, curating impactful image-driven portfolios of the firm's work.
  • Identify client success and nurturing programs, ensuring the continuous building of long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Represent the firm in client and professional organizations, attending functions as appropriate and nurturing new business leads.


Essential Skills:

  • Solid understanding of various project typologies, scopes of services, and deliverables in architecture, planning, interior design, EGD, and VDC.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to develop collaborative relationships within the firm and externally.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong visual and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to work effectively in an environment with multiple deadlines and stakeholders, executing and prioritizing tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, professional disposition.
  • Ability to handle confidential matters related to clients, projects, and fee ranges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with other software like Acrobat, Adobe Creative Suite CS6, and CRM.
  • Demonstrated culture fit and alignment with the firm's image, values, and behaviors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related design field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience.
