Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Metro Manila for a People and Culture Lead | Employee Engagement. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to employee engagement strategies, culture development, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development skills
• Must be an experienced HR Manager specializing in Labor Relations and Employee Engagement for a minimum of 3-5 years in Business Process Outsourcing company.
• Experience inperformance management, and culture development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
