Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Employee Engagement Specialist to develop, implement, and oversee engagement programs aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction across our Manila and Pampanga offices. This role requires a strong emphasis on data collection and analysis to inform strategies that foster a positive work environment and a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Collection and Analysis – Design and administer surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to gather insights on employee engagement and satisfaction. Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports to management with actionable recommendations based on data findings.
Program Development and Implementation – Develop engagement programs tailored to the needs of employees in both the Manila and Pampanga offices. Coordinate and execute initiatives such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and team-building events. Collaborate with HR and department heads to align programs with organizational goals and employee needs.
Communication and Collaboration – Serve as the primary point of contact for employee engagement matters, addressing concerns and promoting open communication channels. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote engagement and gather feedback. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are effectively communicated and executed.
Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee engagement. Recommend and implement improvements to existing programs based on feedback and data analysis. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and open dialogue to enhance employee experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in employee engagement, HR analytics, or a related role, with a proven ability to analyze and interpret data.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and implement engagement programs effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.
